- Open Outlook by either double-clicking the Outlook icon on your
desktop or by going to Start > Programs > Outlook.
Click on Tools > E-mail Accounts... in the main menu.
A dialog box entitled "E-mail Accounts" will open. Select "Add a new
e-mail account" then click Next.
- Next select the server type. Your server type is POP3. Click Next to
continue.
- You can now enter all your account information. Enter Your Name as
you want it to appear to people who receive your emails. Enter your
full email address. Next enter your User Name and Password. Your
username will be your full email address. Finally, enter
mail.codegreene.com for both the Incoming mail server and the
Outgoing mail server.
- Before you click Next, click on More Settings.... Another dialog box
will appear. Click on the Outgoing Server tab and select "My outgoing
server (SMTP) requires authentication". Click OK to close the box.
- Now click Next then Finish. Congratulations! You're done.

- Open Mail by either clicking on it in your dock or in your Applications folder. Click on Mail > Preferences ... A box will pop up click on the 'Accounts' Icon. Click the (+) at the bottom of the page to create a new account
- Next select the server type. Your server type is POP. Enter your Full Name and Email Address then click Continue
- Enter mail.codegreene.com as your Incoming Mail Server, enter your User Name and Password. Click Continue when done.
- Your Outgoing Mail Server should already be filled out if not enter mail.codegreene.com. Click the Use Authication checkbox and enter your Username and Password
- Now review your Account Summary click Go Back if needed otherwise click Continue. Congratulations! You're done.

- Open Thunderbird by either double-clicking the Outlook icon on your
desktop or by going to Start > Programs > Mozilla Thunderbird.
Click on Tools > Account Settings... Click Add Account to add a new account.
- Next Enter your Full Name and your email address
- Now Make sure POP is selected and enter the incomming mail server mail.codegreene.com. Click Continue to go to the next step
- Enter your username in the Incoming User Name Box and hit continue 3 times
- On the Accounts screen select Outgoing Server (SMTP) then click Add.
- Enter your Server Name: mail.codegreene.com, then enter your username then click ok.
- Your Account is now setup. Congratulations! You're done.
